[ Concept → Business ]

An idea became
a business.

FAMOO started as a sentence. It is now a live consumer platform — photos in, priced listings out, published across marketplaces, running on infrastructure built to scale with its users.

[ Why Platformia ]

The SaaS rental trap, in four rows.

Workflow FitForced to adapt processes to 10 generic tools.Engineered 100% to your exact specs.

[ The Consolidation ]

Ten line items become one asset.

Every tool you rent is a contract, a login, a data silo and a bill that grows with your headcount. We map what each one actually does, then build it once.

[ What you own after ]

One platform

Your codebase. Your data.

Single database of record
One login, one workflow
Zero per-seat rent

[ Custom Capabilities ]

What we engineer.

Custom Platform Engineering

Full-stack operational systems replacing an entire vendor stack — production, inventory, compliance, CRM, billing, reporting — in one owned codebase.

Applied AI Systems

Retrieval, classification, extraction, forecasting and agentic workflows engineered against your own data, not a generic wrapper around someone else’s model.

SaaS Consolidation

We audit the stack you rent, map every workflow it carries, and rebuild it as one platform you own outright.

Payments & Contract Automation

Proposal-to-signature-to-invoice pipelines with card-on-file, recurring billing, and accounting integration wired end to end.

Native Mobile Applications

iOS and Android products with real-time synchronization and infrastructure built to scale with the user base.

Systems Integration

QuickBooks, payment gateways, ad platforms, calendars, telephony and logistics — connected once, owned forever.

[ How It’s Built ]

One system,
four layers,
no vendor lock.

Not a collection of subscriptions stitched together with webhooks. A single codebase with one source of truth, where every integration is a component you control rather than a dependency you rent.

[ How We Work ]

Audit, map, engineer, own.

The same sequence every time. Nothing gets rebuilt before we understand what it currently does — including the parts nobody documented.

  1. Audit

We inventory every tool you rent, what it costs, what it actually does, and where the same record is being typed in twice.

  2. Map

Every workflow the stack carries gets written down — including the ones living in spreadsheets and someone’s head.

  3. Engineer

We build it as one platform against your real specs, integrating the systems worth keeping and replacing the ones that were only ever a workaround.

  4. Own

The codebase, the database and the IP are yours. No per-seat licence, no vendor holding your data hostage.

[ Engagement Model ]

How an engagement is structured.

Scoped engagement

We define the build against your audited workflows before anything is written, so scope is a document rather than a moving target.

You own the output

Codebase, database schema and IP transfer to you. There is no licence to renew and no seat count to grow into.

Integrations included

The systems worth keeping stay — accounting, payments, logistics — connected as components of your platform rather than parallel subscriptions.

Support on your terms

Ongoing engineering is a separate agreement you opt into, not a dependency baked into whether your software keeps running.

Every build is scoped individually. Tell us what your stack costs and we’ll model the consolidation against it.

[ Questions ]

The things people ask first.

Do we actually own the code?

Yes. The codebase, the database schema and the intellectual property are yours. That is the entire point of the model — there is no licence that can be revoked and no vendor who can hold your data.

What happens to the tools we already pay for?

The audit decides. Systems that genuinely earn their place — accounting, payment gateways, shipping carriers — stay, integrated as components. Tools that exist only to paper over a gap get replaced by the platform.

Is this a rebuild from scratch every time?

No. We rebuild what the rented stack was doing badly and integrate what it was doing well. The goal is one system of record, not novelty for its own sake.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency typically delivers a project and leaves. We build operational platforms that are still running years later — VintnerPro has been in production since 2016 and is still being extended.

What about AI — is it a wrapper around ChatGPT?

No. Applied AI here means retrieval, classification, extraction and forecasting engineered against your own data, inside your own platform, where the outputs are auditable and the data never becomes someone else’s training set.

Who actually does the engineering?

The same people who designed it. Platformia is an engineering practice, not a sales organisation that subcontracts delivery.

Own your system instead of renting it.

Tell us what your stack costs and what it still can’t do. We’ll model the consolidation and show you what owning it looks like.
